I had to have cervical surgery and was terrified but in the great hands of Dr. Chuput and his crew I had instant relief and now I can go to the bathroom unassisted.

UT Health Science Center’s Long School of Medicine (LSOM) is so lovely! The building is very clean & well-kept, as are the campuses outdoor common areas. It’s always a pleasant experience when I get to visit!

Beware of parking. There’s no clear signage on where to go park if you have an appointment at wellness 360. Parked where I thought was visitor parking but turned out it wasn’t parking. Received a citation. And they are unwilling to help in anyway. Talked to me as if I should’ve known where to go, when I only go to Ut health once in blue moon. Seems like a trap to get money out of people, $100 to be exact. Put proper signage up on where people should park!! Ut health gets enough money out of people awful.

Worst experience ever trying to get an appointment with an endocrinologist. Waiting 2 weeks and still not a call back for an appointment after my referral was received. Horrible. I will be going elsewhere as I can see how important their patients are to them.
