I'm a nearly 60-year-old woman. I don't misuse drugs. I have no history of substance abuse. When I saw Sonia she hid the paper that I was to sign to say that I was consenting to a UA so I couldn't see what I was signing. Then she walked me around the corner accused me of abusing benzodiazepines. I did the UA. No surprise to me the UA came back absolutely clean. That is totally unacceptable behavior. They gave me the wrong location for my son which obviously put me past the grace period like if i was supposed to teleport. They need better communication within the team because who sends the wrong address to a new patient!!!
Monica Pereida is another ignorant individual in the medical field who does not understand that the delivery fees go to the companies, not the drivers. Please do better next time and show some appreciation for those providing you a service that you're too lazy to do yourself.
I’ve been seen at the UHS Behavioral Clinic and see NP Susan Ojo since July 2025. She is amazing—very caring and professional. The office staff is always quick to help with any problems I have, and everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this clinic and NP Susan Ojo.
Really happy with the healthcare Me and my family have received here. We Care Clinic has done so much for my Child we have seen such a big improvement in her social skills and behavior. Thank you Dr. Tabitha, Sarah, and Nico for your patience and professionalism. Also want to thank the office Ladies for always being sweet and compassionate on the phone. Definitely would recommend this facility to all my friends and family.
