I am a first time patient coming to my appointment from 1 hour away and was not notified at all through a phone call, email or text that my appointment was cancelled. This is extremely inconvenient and wasted my time. I could even get a sorry from the front desk then to tell me I can’t even be seen til January for a cancellation that wasn’t even on my end.
