I’ve been a patient for a year. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back. The staff and Doctors are super nice and helpful.
I was told by the surgeon, to deal with my fractured and dislocated wrist and to live life with it even sounded rude about it. Then the next day I get a call for a MRI, for what? you guys want to continue milking my insurance for all it's worth!! You guys already told me I'm not getting surgery or treatment So what's the point!!?
Site claims walk in appointments are available and was told they do not do walk ins. They need to update it
I've had the worst experience as a patient at this clinic - Dr. Ahmad is attentive but never available and the staff is terrible. With no consideration for the patient. You can never get a hold of anyone there, they have an answering service with no access to the facility. I called at least 6 times before I got a hold of someone who in turn told me they cannot get a hold Dr. Ahmad because he is only there on Mondays. Very disappointed with how they treat their patients. Unbelieveable.
