Both husband and I are patients at this facility. Gentleman at front desk always very pleasant and attentive. My husbands care has been beyond excellent, if only all physicians and specialist could be like Dr Dustin Prins. The wait time was only minutes, never a long wait. And the most thoroughal doctor to explain and show your medical issues and procedures. Unfortunately, my wait times to be seen have been anything but quick. Not sure if it's a facility issue, or certain staff and doctors.
Wait times are too long. Been sitting here exactly for an hour now in a patient room. Checked in well ahead of appointment time. Still waiting for the doctor to come in. And this is not unusual. Doctors are good though.
Extremely disappointing experience. It took over a month just to receive a call to schedule an appointment, which is completely unacceptable. By that point I had already found a facility that accepted me. The lack of communication and follow-up made me feel like my time wasn't valued. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and far below what I expected. I hope they improve their responsiveness and treat future customers with more respect and urgency.
I’ve been a patient for a year. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back. The staff and Doctors are super nice and helpful.
