Never in my life have I been treated by a medical professional the way I was treated at this facility. It was as if she just thoroughly hates her job. After three visits I finally called the VA to reassign me a new primary care doctor. Oh, and her medical assistant that draws blood is just as bad. His people skills are terrible. The only bright spot at this office is the receptionist who smiles and engages you and made me feel like I was important. She is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
I just went in the Laguna Vista office to get information about their services and I have never had a doctors office employee be so rude. Very disappointing. I was so excited until he opened the door.
Goldie and the staff could care less about patients! Why enter a medical profession of you do not want to assist...
