We had the best experience with Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Carter, with my daughter since she started as a newborn patient. Both doctors are very knowledgeable in their fields and were beyond helpful. We were very sad to hear both doctors have left the practice. I tried making another appointment for my daughter’s yearly checkup and we now have to see a new doctor, who will not be familiar with my daughter’s records. This is very unfortunate and we will be looking for a family doctor elsewhere.
No accountability. Before contacting parents and the previous clinic they notified State that child is missing vaccines. Every 6 months there is a new doctor. No patient doctor relationship. I am taking my kids out of this clinic.
Highly do NOT recommend this office. My son has been a patient since about two weeks old. He's now 10 months old and I planned to stay until he was a year for the most important vaccines since it is challenging getting into a new office so quickly but unfortunately this office is so poor I will never return. His pediatrician Dr. Carter has now left and this place has gone more down hill ever since.
