Treated like nothing but a number! They rescheduled me 3 different times and kept pushing my appointment back farther! I’m a high risk pregnancy & they simply don’t care! I’ve only ever seen the Doctor once! They take hours to call you back. One person tells you one thing and then someone else calls to tell you another! They do not communicate & stress out the mom-to-be more than anything! Dr. Wilson is a great doctor but I definitely do not like this place.
My daughter had an appointment with this facility, prior to bringing my daughter in I let them know she has a cough but we know it’s not covid. They said that was fine and to bring her in. Upon coming inside and hearing her cough they request she wear a mask, I refused as she is 15 months old. I even reiterated that CDC requires 2 and up and that she will not keep a mask on. Dr. Dustin Paul is an excellent doctor. He spent enough time with my family and my son, explaining everything to a level in which we understood. He also answered all our questions, and I had a lot. He was very nice, polite and very patient. The staff was also very friendly and patient with my son. During Follow up appointment, Dr. Paul was very informed on my son’s record, considering he sees other patients as well. Excellent service and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Paul.
