Terrible service. They scheduled my wife for an ultrasound we come in to get one. They even call us a day before to let us know about our appointment and if we are coming. We said yes, well we go and when we get here they end up saying to us oh no we don’t do that here like you all should have told us that before. I took off from work and came. This is very unprofessional I’m very upset and pissed off with this placed. You all need new training. This was a complete waste of time.
I had over 10 years of utis month after month and my body became immune to almost all antibiotics however when my doctor sent me to Mrs De La Garza, it was like the heavenly clouds opened up and gave me the reason for this nightmare. It was not always a uti. It was my estrogen that caused me to have the same symptoms as a uti. Can you imagine going through all those years and then finally having figured out what it was? Nurse De La Garza said out of all of her patients I was number 5 of the worst.
Great experience! First and foremost, Dr. Casquero is amazing. Hes patient, informative, and determined. Those are excellent qualities for a doctor to have. Coming here has helped me become more knowledgeable about the importance of women’s health. Also, the nurse Brittney is a sweetheart and will be attentive. Lastly, Dr. de Los santos compassionate way of delivering news made me feel at ease. She also made sure I was okay emotionally. I recommend coming to this clinic if you want a great experience and care.
Very quick and everyone was extremely nice! Dr. Leon was thorough in his questions and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I felt like they genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Would recommend!
Because of insurance issues I had to switch OBs at the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy. UT ObGyn moved mountains to get me in asap, assign me to a doctor and get all of my medical records in order from my previous OB. Dr. KLENS and the staff there are amazing. They made sure I had a safe delivery, I recommend this facility to every expecting mother.
