Couldn't have a had a worse experience here. Received the flat out inaccurate medical information, my prescription wasnt called in, and they make you return for test results. Dont let them make you go in for test results - its illegal for them to withhold your medical information.
Confirmed an appointment yesterday for 1:00 pm for Today. Missed time from work to drive out here just to be told there was no doctor today. Waste of valuable time and long drive out here, these folks are a mess and despicable.
Just went to waste my time. None of my concerns were answered, all I got from Dr. Melendez was “ok we will monitor it”. My appointment was at 1 and the male nurse and front desk lady were coming in at 1:05 from their lunch. Do not recommend!!
They were undergoing some type of system change. I waited in their lobby to get labs done. I’m diabetic, & they had me fasting. I was starting to feel a little clammy without any food in my system. It was pretty unfair that due to their new system Maintenance I had to sit there for a long time without eating & slowly starting to feel sick
