Front office staff is incredibly rude. Very frustrating when you just want to see a doctor. Alejandra needs to be re-trained on customer etiquette. As a new patient, Alejandra did an excellent job of making me feel like an idiot and like I'm not worth her time. Thank you for that.
Clinic attempted to forward me to en emergency room despite me not having an emergency. My PCP is with this clinic. Clinic could not refer me to anywhere and instruced me to "call around". Clinic refuses to let me speak to the doctor on call. Clinic forwarded me around to another department who said they did not know who why they transferred me there.
I've been using UT Health for years with this location. Very positive staff and patient oriented.
