I've been using UT Health for years with this location. Very positive staff and patient oriented.
I am impressed at how professional and clean this place is. At first, I thought the front desk lady was going to be rude but she was actually pretty helpful. They have more then one restroom and so many signs with great information! Nurse Practitioner Jennifer D. Pierson is so smart and nice, I'm so happy I got her.
Scam! Billing incorrect. Check your bills. I got bill multiple times for the same visit. And I already paid my copaid and still got bill more. I'm going to switch provider.
They have treated me well so far. I like that I can do most of my labs there. I can get appointments pretty quickly even though it may not be for my doctor which is pretty standard in a big city. I also love the convenience of using mychart.
