My child was refused to flu test for my child because 3 days prior we had a positive strep test and felt mocked because I even brought my child in. The NP didnt want to test him and claimed to have ran out of test using them on the prior 2 patients... so we had to buy one over the counter from Walmart... which was positive for the flu. I have never felt so dismissed and unconcerned for by Healthcare professionals, both the nurse and NP Lindsey. We will not be returning and do not recommend care at this urgent care.
Slow slow waiting np was rude and had attitude, will not go back
I went in because I had sinus issues that I didn’t want to go into upper respiratory infection due to having Lupus and RA. Told doctor I had no symptoms other than sinus. No fever or aches. The doctor proceeded to tell me “so you have all over aches and pains”. I said no and she proceeded to ask me when my fever broke after I had already told her I had never had a fever. She then did a flu test and said I had flu type A and prescribed me 6 meds but would not give me a steroid shot even though I explained with the RA and Lupu... read more
In and out but thorough! Super friendly. Kid friendly! Love this place when PCP can’t fit me in!!
