The staff and nurse were great! The doctor not so much. I normally go to a pain management doctor but I woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain. My knee had swollen while I was sleeping for no reason. I couldn’t put any weight on it at all. The pain was unbearable. I made an appointment on line so I could get in first thing in the morning. Do not go here. The dr complains about how under staffed they are. Said to come back if symptoms persisted then was extremely rude to my husband demanding more money. These people need to find a new profession. They do not care about those patients and give ut a bad name!
This is the second Saturday I have waisted my time coming up here,referred by Christis & they are closed when they show open.. please don’t waste my time & change your hrs.
Was told when I called that I could get a DOT physical done, so I show up and get told that one lady is certified to do the physical but not the paper work and the other lady can do the paperwork but not the physical, neither of them said anything about this mess over the phone so I only found out when I showed up. I recommend thoroughly checking that all physicians and nurses at this facility are fully certified to complete what ever services you may need. Or just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.
