Really great staff! Dr Pugh is awesome!
You walk into this office and hanging all over are signs that masks are required. Right behind a sign, maybe 2 feet sits receptionist, NO MASK. I say something and she says: I was getting a drink of water. BS. The entire time in waiting room she did not put a mask on. After seeing the Doctor, came out and here she sits still no mask. If not concerned with covid, this is the place for you, if you are concerned, than go roll the dice here. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Oh yeah thanks Ashley for the great customer service. NOT
Dr. Pugh was very good. Would go to him again if necessary.
Dr. Pugh was very honest, but positive about surgery. Everything was as described in pre-surgery, afterwards. Only ding is about billing. Of course it's blamed on my BCBS insurance. Nice staff.
