Takes them 2 hours to answer the phone not acceptable
I give one star because the doctor and staff were pleasant and professional. 1 visit and got 1 bill for $75 and just got another for $68, 6 months later. Now my wife goes to a different practice and just pays a copay of $30. Was told the $75 is a facility charge and the $68 is the doctor's fee and this is in network. I did not see the physician named on the bill either. Unless you want to pay through the nose, don't go here!
New to Tyler my grandson was ill and they took really good care of him the nurses and doctors are very professional and great first experience but a great one thanks to the staff for there being so kind and loving to my grandson
