I have been trying for weeks to get my medical records sent to the doctor who needs them, but I keep getting transferred from one office to another without anyone being able to help. I have also attempted to request the records through MyChart, but that has not worked either. This process has been far more difficult than it should be, and despite multiple attempts, I still have not been able to reach someone who can assist me.
