Got billed 3 different times and not a single person knows why. Lied to me at the front desk and then misread the ultrasound.

Once you FINALLY get to talk/see someone, they are personable. However, until then you waste minutes/hours trying to reach a person. I couldn't even reach the doctor's office. I went around the world (figuratively . . . although possible literally), waiting on hold 3 times, talking to 4 people, and ending right back where I started. Then the trek stared again.
