The worst experience trying to get in contact with this office; I even had referrals sent and they never responded or called back. Impossible to get an appointment and by the time you can get through they basically just say “sorry, no new patients”. If I can find ANY other office in the Austin area I will most certainly go there.
I was referred to women’s health after a delivery injury five years ago. Our infertility had us seeing a very supportive care team especially Dr Mak and her assistant. They are wonderful. Dr Mak is driven by a personal mission to help as many women as possible conceive. She’s very thorough and very open to questions, spending a lot of time walking us through every decision, every test and result, after-hour calls and always responding to any portal message I leave.
