The doctors are absolutely amazing, but some of the receptionists are awful. In looking through these reviews, it’s very clear to me this is an ongoing problem that has yet to be addressed. Providers like Dr. Svec, Dr. Swartz, Allison, Rudy, and Liz are rockstars and they/their patients deserve so much better than front desk staff that lack even bare minimum customer service, professionalism, or plain empathy as human beings. Dr Brown is the best doctor I've ever had. She fixed my life long knee pain I had from playing soccer since I was very young and has been the first and only one able to diagnose and fix it. She was even able to fit in surgery the same week I saw her. Even their other departments have been a great help especially the physical therapists. All around 10/10.
