Front desk and assistance are amazing and friendly very clean no waiting and very hard working personal
Hope you like canceling appointments when you need it for your injury they have screwed up my referral 3 times and had to reschedule. Then they put us in occupational therapy instead of really physical therapy causing another reschedule. Just crap service crap logistics stay as far as you can away from ut health.
Staff up front need to be more thorough, honestly every doctor needs better staff up front, if someone’s insurance is not accepted why are you scheduling them? Waste of time and hopefully doesn’t affect my recovery because they were already late accepting and acting on the referral for physical therapy in the first place. Loved my surgeon but everyone else makes them look bad with their complete lack of effort and consideration. Spoke to Nicole a couple minutes ago and she gave me so much attitude because I asked if she spoke Spanish (we were told by the girl who transferred our call that she speaks spanish). Nicole needs to work on not giving patients attitude over asking simple questions. She could have kindly said no.
I am desperately trying to get ahold of someone as when I was pregnant I had an appt here and my husband and I were stuck in an elevator on Nov 18, 2025. EMS had to be called because I was on the verge of passing out with my blood pressure being so high. I am now left with an ambulance bill and a ton of wasted time trying to get this sorted out.
