I made an appointment with Dr Svec to be seen June 16th at 8am (I made this appointment 8 months agonizing). I walked in, checked in at 7:55am in the front desk and they told me to have a seat. After 20 minutes of people coming in and out, I go see if they have an update. After a few minutes of scrambling, they realize they made a mistake and didnt send me upstairs to the 2nd floor like they were supposed to. I’m very happy with my retinal specialist, Dr. Bahadorani. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. When the clinic first opened they were very efficient and considerate of patients’ time. Fast forward 7 months and I REGULARLY sit in the waiting room well past an hour after my appointment time. When my concern was brought up with the Clinic Supervisor, her response was “I tried to let people know as they were coming in that we are about an hour behind”. That does me no good once I get here. This location was so quick. I showed up earlier than my appointment by 30 minutes and they were already prepared to see me! Staff was all super friendly, efficient and honestly I was in and out so quick, they really valued time management (which is huge since I took off of work to go there).
Dr. Erik Weitzel and his entire staff were absolutely outstanding. The check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient — I was in a room within 2 minutes and only waited about 1 minute for Dr. Weitzel. He cleaned my ears in under 2 minutes, but never made me feel rushed. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.
