Our appointment was at 10:30 and we arrived 15 minutes early. It's now 12:10 and we are still waiting on the doctor. Asked an employee how much longer it would be and she stated that the doctor had 2 patients ahead of us ,totally unacceptable. Why schedule so many people at one time. Needless to say we are unhappy customers/patients right about now but what choice do we have but to wait they've already taken our copay. We will not be coming back.
My first time here, it seemed to be a great place with an excellent physician, staff & even the faculty. However, it was the actual "physical address of the building" & Google Maps listing of the physicians & clinics inside the building [ or more specifically- it was the LACK of listing all of the correct names of the Physicians nor the correct names of the several different Clinics that are all located inside this ONE building- all of which having the SAME physical address. After two missed appointments due to a lack of notification from the referral source (Regional One or Hamilton), I was understandably frustrated. Multiple visits over many years never an issue with scheduling or service. My eye problems are not minor in nature and the Doctors in HEI are not among the best, they ARE the best. Very Highly Recommended
