Multiple visits over many years never an issue with scheduling or service. My eye problems are not minor in nature and the Doctors in HEI are not among the best, they ARE the best. Very Highly Recommended
I love Dr Lao! However the phone lines are impossible to get through. I could not make an appt due to a severe allergic reaction and needed to let them know and 30 minutes hold and had to hang up after that. Then I tried for days to get ahold of them and nothing. Now I cant even make an appointment. Like Im literally going to have to drive up there to get an appointment. So now it looks like Im a no show!

If you can endure the long hold times (15-30 mins) to make an appt. (while listening to music that sounds like it's from an episode of "Mod Squad" or some other bad 70's cop show), then the wait time in person isn't bad. And the Dr's are good. There is a LOT less parking than when they were on Germantown Rd. and be sure to make extra time to wait for other vehicles to unblock the wheelchair ramp.
The entire staff was friendly and very attentive..so glad I was referred to an awesome team.
