Terrible communication with the company. Somone was supposed to be at my house last Tuesday to finish up the work and no one showed up. Cant get any help to fallow up on anything

The fence I built with this company had problems after just over two months. The company's materials and workmanship were of poor quality, and there was no after-sales service. I couldn't contact Andrew at all. He said he would come to repair the fence the next day, but he didn't come even after a week. If you're looking for someone to build a fence, please be careful and avoid this company.
I got a reference from my neighbor that this company was good so I went with them but it a bad idea. They came out quick to give me a bid and give me an estimate and told me the price and everything. I gave them a deposit and told them not do deposit it on a certain day but the salesman said his boss Andrew accidentally deposited early. They came on the correct date to install the post but they said it would take 4 days after that they would come out to install the fence. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. My experience was marked by poor communication, broken promises, and subpar workmanship. The project was delayed two and a half weeks past the originally promised start date. Once work began, the crew would show up for a day or two and then disappear for a week at a time with little to no communication.
