I have been a client for 40 years. This has been an excellent bank/credit union. I have had a mortgage through them, still have checking and saving accounts. The service always has been excellent technically and also very friendly.
Been with UTFCU about 14 years. We have utilized them as our primary bank and for a loan or two. Customer service has been good. Never had any significant complaints. One of my bigger issues was resolved once they solved the compatibility issues with our debit card and google pay several years ago. The banking app has been super convenient as well.
