Awful. The staff didn’t try. Disabled veteran with disabled veteran father that I take care of. Had ALL the paperwork but the staff of 4 didn’t want to bother. Luckily down the street is Enrichment Credit Union down the street is capable of doing the simplest of things Update: you are saying Enrichment Federal Credit Union didn’t follow federal guidelines? No. Their staff took the time to find other options by asking and being helpful not dismissive
UPDATE: They assured me I would have the same issue at every credit union. Enrichment down the road was able to get it done in 10 minutes and were super helpful. Skip UT at all cost. Disrespectful to veterans and those struggling with family grief. Plain old lazy. I am a disabled veteran who fought in the Iraq war as did my wife we started a family business in Knoxville when I returned to take care of my father has dementia.
