The people you actually get to meet and interact with at UT FCU are great. Very nice and helpful. The problem is they offshore their card services. So when all your accounts are put on fraud alert and locked because you tried to buy tickets to a Smokies game (less than $200 in the city I actually live in), you get to call India and talk to people who don't speak your language and don't' understand your problem. Awful. The staff didn’t try. Disabled veteran with disabled veteran father that I take care of. Had ALL the paperwork but the staff of 4 didn’t want to bother. Luckily down the street is Enrichment Credit Union down the street is capable of doing the simplest of things Update: you are saying Enrichment Federal Credit Union didn’t follow federal guidelines? No. Their staff took the time to find other options by asking and being helpful not dismissive
