I had an excellent experience with this doctor. I came in feeling very nervous, especially after reading some reviews about his bedside manner. I brought 21 pages of medical test results, a detailed medical history, and a typed list of questions. From the moment he sat down across from me, he made me feel completely at ease. He patiently and thoroughly answered every one of my questions and even provided additional information he felt was important for me to understand. He listened carefully, never rushed the appointment, a... read more

Cuebas did not help me at all; told me "not to worry" about sleep; to get off all meds which would have spiraled me further; wouldn't test any electrolytes or anything; and gave me a book title to read & to wait til 1am to sleep. USELESS. His nurse practitioner was at least helpful. Instead Go to VANDERBILT for a virtual appt - that Vanderbilt doc actually helped me and things are going in the right direction.
I'm happy with the sleep lab here. The staff was nice, caring, and kind. The results came quickly, and the doctor, who's friendly, gave helpful tips to improve my sleep patterns. He also guided me on managing my insomnia. Sleeping better takes effort, so being a good patient and following the doctor's advice is key.
The facility was clean and comfortable. My technician was wonderful to me and very helpful.
Everyone was polite, helpful and professional Wonderful experience from beginning to end. The facility was clean and comfortable. My technician was wonderful to me and very helpful. She also made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions about what to expect, etc.
Left 5 messages for test results. I had to get help getting a return call. I am not sure I can believe the results from nurse Victoria due to having to ask 5 times. Her first response was I looked at it and it looks ok but I will ask dr to review. The nurse did ask if I had question for dr. If I did how would I get a response??? Need to improve on patient communication. MRI’s are expensive and patient expects to get results.
I had a stroke and had a follow up appointment with Dr. Steven’s. She ordered some tests to be made at the Labcorp downstairs in the medical mall. I went downstairs to get the tests and Labcorp and Labcorp said the tests would cost me $813.75. Of course I didn’t get the tests done and marched right back up to try and figure out what was going on. Unfortunately it was lunch time. But Whitney her assistant tried to help but the answer I was left with was just pay for it and then file an appeal with Medicare and hopefully they ... read more
