The front desk associates will cost this place alot of business. They are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to make a new patient appointment and she asked me if I had my insurance card I said yes let me grab it. She then put me on hold without telling me and hung up on me. The ladies who answered the phone are very, very, very rude and unprofessional; they really make you feel unwelcome before you come in.

Very rude!!!!! The ladies at the desk was very rude to me and I do not recommend going here they schedule months and months out I came 15 mins late due to me working over night so I over slept a little but they were very rude because I didn’t want to reschedule months out again the one lady told me find me somewhere else to go!!!! I will be contacting the drs and corporate!!!

Whoever answers phone for appointment is very rude and unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment, she hang up my phone even without trying to get me a new appointment! I called backed for five times and she didn’t even picked up the phone!!! Management should do better on training your employees in a professional manner to pick up and answer the phone!!!
