There is no logical explanation for the amount of anxiety that overcomes me when I have to be seen for my dental care, so it takes a combination of an extraordinary amount of patience and understanding by the staff and a provider in Ms. F Trejo who goes above and beyond to exemplify attributes that are either a testament to her training or her youthfulness, but either way should be noted by anyone who may also have anxiety about going to the dentist.

I cannot put into words how high of quality my care was at even an initial appointment. I felt even more cared for than my old dentist, who I loved, but this consult-only was much more thorough than consult-only appointments I had with her. I had an AMAZING dental tech I sadly didn't get the name of who was super helpful & understanding in me transitioning records, and Michelle the hygienist & Dr. Alfonso Aguilera were open to questions clarifying advice. Worked there in the old building, it was always a pleasant experience even as a patient. What happened? The new building is now opposite, let me explain.....Old building/amazing staff.....New building/boring staff?? I guess the old building would've been better. They say don't fix things that aren't broken :D My experience in the Endo department was not impressive. Beware! Was never told once they didn't accept our insurance and waited 10 months for dental surgery only to find out 4 months later they "failed to validate" and expect payment in full. After a partial payment and less than 30 days, I received a collection notice. STAY AWAY from UT Dentistry and the Children's dental center. Scam!!
