I went in expecting a routine exam and cleaning but only received the exam. During the visit, I noticed cleanliness issues in the treatment area, which I documented with photos. I was told I would receive emailed quotes for a cleaning and fillings, but nothing was sent until I called, and the quote I received was incorrect — I never received a quote for the cleaning at all. Very rude.
Ask for Trent Herrera dental student. He filled my 2 teeth with dentist supervision and he did a great job! I had no pain at all he was very gentle and professional and made me comfortable in his care. I could not be more grateful and happy for the service I received. Thank you Trent.
They never answer the phone. They also leave voicemails but call doesn’t come through. My daughter had a referral 2 months ago still no response. Horrible!
Watch out, they don't supervise the students like they used to- if you're unsatisfied with the work a student does after the supervising professor approves a procedure, you might be screwed, as the professors don't often check the finished product. Professors will check the progress of a procedure and provide instruction on how to finish, but they will not usually check to see if the work was finished as directed.
