they’re horrible with handling transcripts. this university doesn’t care about the quality of their student services just football
You pay $20 for a transcript and they can't even be bothered to put a first class mail stamp on it.
This office is a prime example of how little the University of Texas cares about student services. I was erroneously unenrolled by the Registrar's Office, then when my department reenrolled me the Registrar's Office assessed a fee for late enrollment, then they almost unenrolled me again while I appealed the fee. Its an absolute Orwellian circle of hell but pretty par for the course when it comes to UT administration.
