I think it’s scam. I have booked this service and no one showed up and still charged me the full amount. I will report this to the fraud agency and any authorities to prevent this happen again. I have sent couple of emails and no one is getting back to me.
Stay away from this company - scammers. They canceled my booking made and paid for in full a month ago only 2 days before departure claiming Puerto Vallarta airport was suspending meet and greet services until further notice. Total lie. The airport told me they did no such thing and that this company was dishonest. They got caught in their own lie and immediately went silent.
