The dr is very rude and very unprofessional, you better not waste your time with them they will make you wait for hours and wouldn’t even do what they are supposed to.
If you wanna know what worst customer service sounds like, call them and speak to Grace. I am very patient and never really get mad/upset about someone service, but congrats to Grace for winning the worst customer service ever!!!

Is an excellent Dr. he checked my eyes health for years and he is always very accurate. My mom had a surgery with him and everything is alright after almost 2 years post surgery. She is very happy and is not using glasses anymore, after 45 years wearing glasses. My two daughters are his patients As well, and whenever we had an infection or any eye problem, he gave us the correct prescription, very quick and simple, no drama.
