I interviewed with this place 3 yrs ago. Starting as a driver was $18 hrly. Due to my experience with appliance delivery and setup from another job they offered $20 when the highest they could go to was $22. I told the hiring manager with my experience i should be at highest pay rate. He told me he cant due to others being there longer than me and even after i pass my probation he still wouldnt. Ust is hiring and all I can say is don't apply they steal your money money and bad to di business with I left the job contract and they took all the money I'm also going to post it everywhere on the internet so everyone will know

Delivery yesterday 10/4 no show no call. Second time this has happened. Can't talk to anyone,voice mail only. Worst delivery service ever.

As is common with others who have reviewed this company, if you order from Home Depot you will very likely be forced to have your appliance delivered by UST. Expect it to be late or just not show up at all. They clearly aren't incentivising their employees to work very hard..
