We stopped in the gift shop while visiting the USS Midway. My son wanted a sweatshirt and I told him No. A few days later he still wanted the sweatshirt and I couldn’t find it in the online store. I called the gift shop and Francisco, the manager, went above and beyond to locate the specific sweatshirt in the size I needed, and arranged for me to pay over the phone and ship it to me. I appreciate the extra mile he went to make this sale happen.
