I have lived her going on 10 yrs I'm currently a green met Beneficiary and the Management is impossible to get things done or even normal wear items fixed I currently have a kitchen sink that leaks through when u turn the water on. I've called every line available multiple times, it's going on 2 weeks and still not fixed. Is this because I'm on Green Met? USREEB is Only Choice Property Mgmt (just stating for clarity). STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I’m currently renting one of their homes in Dayton. My experience with the company has been mostly stressful and unprofessional. To start, my house was never prepared for me for move-in. My problem is with management. They make sure there’s no way to hold them accountable unless you take legal action. Jan 27th we requested someone to come out to fix issues with the lights upstairs. No one showed up. We figured out it was a breaker. Feb 3rd & 4th maintenance came out to "fix some issues." While they were there I plugged in my coffee pot and the outlet buzzed and went out. It took them hours to figure out why there was no power to the outlet; turned out the dish washer was not wired properly. They worked on the wiring and got the outlet working again.
