I am amazed about the bad reviews for this place. I’ve had at least 3 separate visits here and have had no problems AT ALL. I do have BCBSTX and have never had a billing inconsistency. The staff in each step of my visits made sure I was comfortable and kept checking. I was taken to ready for my procedure in less than 5 minutes from the time I was told my appointment was to be. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Baumgartner and his staff. I would recommend him and this surgical center to anyone.
I am one of patient seen thru clinic at katy and they told me that they are Innetwork for my bcbs and which I made the appointment and pay my copay after check out and month go by I received the bill and said I owe $174.04 because was process outnetwork. The billing dept is worst ever and can not even submit for correction for provider innetwork or company Tax ID that should be innetwork thru bcbs. Be aware of this company and don't know how to coder or billing
