Writing this review just to give the public a heads up about this facility. You can tell by the long time negative reviews that nothing has been done to better this facility nor never will. It's a shame what the USPS has become! They need to close this facility! Unorganized, filthy, and unproductive employees that berate customers - no sense of urgency. It's incomprehensible how this facility is open to serve the public. A truly disgusting atmosphere!
This place needs to train it staff. And get a better manager in place. Seriously. I didn’t understand how a post office could have such bad ratings - and I quickly realized why after being in line for over 45 mins with 4 people in front of me. The place is dirty (papers everywhere) and the staff takes FOREVER to do the smallest transactions that other post offices get done in under 5 mins or less. Crazy.
Atrocious. USPS - Delivered my package to a parcel locker because they didn’t get to it when they were in my building in Brickell. I waited 3 more days to see if they would deliver it and they didn’t. I then went to the office and they didn’t have anyone to work the parcel door so it was closed.
The place needs to update its website about its time schedule. I went there on Saturday, 06/28/25, at 1 p.m., and they were closed even though the website and Google Maps say that they open until 1:30 p.m. However, they were closed way before that. If you want to drop off or deliver mail, please ensure this place is open. Otherwise, you will be wasting your precious time and encountering traffic, a closed road, and a lack of parking.
