It helped me so much. I thought I wasn't going to get the help I needed but it took me eight months. That is how much it works. It was hard being so far away from my family but it was worth it in the end. Most of the staff were really nice.
They helped me so much. I walked into that place thinking it was just like the rest, it wouldn't change me, it couldn't help me ,ect, but this place was different it put together all the broken pieces of me and built me back up into a new better person. The staff the are also very caring and kind, most staff care about you like your they're own child.
This place has helped us so much with 2 children ages 9 and 10. They are very supportive. Constant communication and really support the family dynamics. Not only do they focus on the child but the family as well. We hit a rough patch and they were extra supportive with accommodations for visits with our child. My son has been here. Very unorganized no communication even if they happen to be helping these kids you wouldn’t know because the communication is beyond awful. His therapist (Rochelle) has no showed on us three times with countless excuses. The supervisor of the cottage has been ignoring me for two days when I asked her for more communication.
