My son has been here. Very unorganized no communication even if they happen to be helping these kids you wouldn’t know because the communication is beyond awful. His therapist (Rochelle) has no showed on us three times with countless excuses. The supervisor of the cottage has been ignoring me for two days when I asked her for more communication. They really helped me
I was a resident here when i was in 7th grade until a little bit into my freshman year of highschool. I came into the residential with a lot of mental and aggression issues. Yes some of the staff were mean, but i honestly feel like they do that purposely. Not every body in life is going to treat you special just because of the things you've been through. The people that run the place do a great job with the kids
Back in 2018/19, I had one foster child who had been in this place. They broke his ankle so bad it was never the same. Our other foster child, we were forced to take her there by her social worker. (She had issues.) It was awful. We spent the next 6 months going to visit her every single weekend. On one occasion, she got upset when we were leaving her there. She started to cry.
