They do good work & have 1 of the best turn around times for heavily damaged trailers in the area... But if your rep is on vacation, don't go there. Our rep was contacted (via call & text) before trailer was dropped on weds afternoon... Then on Thursday morning replacement rep(Alex) was contacted(via call & text) since our rep was on vacation.... Then on same day, Thurs afternoon, replacement rep(Alex) received a text from juzni stating "nvm i will be there tomorrow morning to pickup trailer." USP made several calls and text... read more
