dont know how to start this review but this place just horrendous never want to come here ever again. Came here to get my trailer fixed went through the insurance to get it fixed was told by the “owner” of this place that they will get it done in 2 days and these 2 days turned to multi month of horror, lies promises and basically at the end crickets. They do good work & have 1 of the best turn around times for heavily damaged trailers in the area... But if your rep is on vacation, don't go there. Our rep was contacted (via call & text) before trailer was dropped on weds afternoon... Then on Thursday morning replacement rep(Alex) was contacted(via call & text) since our rep was on vacation.... Then on same day, Thurs afternoon, replacement rep(Alex) received a text from juzni stating "nvm i will be there tomorrow morning to pickup trailer." USP made several calls and text... read more
