Always great service, from the time you step into the reception until you leave. As someone who has always ‘had a thing about visiting the dentist’, I am always put at ease by the staff and the dentist. Any dental work required is always well explained.
I have been going to this dentistry for the past 5 years. I still choose to come to uSmileUSA despite having moved away from Shoreline because everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. I wish I could remember everyone's names but this is my experience with 10+ different employees at this dentistry! Staff is very friendly and nice. Always flexible for scheduling. I have been getting their services for the last 36 years. Dr. Fong has been very kind to me.
Excellent, prompt service and professional staff, made me feel comfortable and in good hands both for routine cleanings and fillings/procedures.
