Becky was so amazing! For my 1st time experience of a mammogram, I was nervous and a bit scared. She has a calm demeanor and made me feel completely comfortable. She was professional and explained in detail each step. She handled my body carefully and gently which made this experience as comfortable as possible. She was clear with what happens next as far as after this imaging. To the reading, the possibilities to not alarm me of any calls and to how often I should receive a an exam. Thank you.

I had to get an MRI done on my brain and was very nervous for it. However, all of the staff was WONDERFUL in helping me relax and my technician took the time to explain the machine to me and reassured me the entire time

I have never experienced such rude front office people in my life! Everyone of them needs to be fired and replaced!! Is it that much to ask to show a little kindness and empathy???

For years my doctor has sent lab slips electronically. This lab calls people before they ever get to lab and because I was not sitting here when my name was called I’ve been looked over even though I signed in! This has happened before. They need a better system!

Horrible ! Arrived early to complete the survey medical paper work. Which could’ve been given through email or text. But still a half hour wait to go and wait in a room for another hour. With a 5 minute face to face of more question that could’ve been provided via email or request. Then another half hour wait for labs. We watched and waited as two other patients were pulled from the waiting area to have labs done ahead. Definitely not worth the half hour commute or tolls to get here.
