I do not want to give them a one star. The Frisco office is beyond disappointing. I have asked six times since April to speak to the business manager. No professional courtesy, not a single call with six attempts.
I came in for a routine physical and lab work and while my physical exam was covered by my insurance, the receptionist who took my insurance info didn’t inform me that the blood work would be outsourced and not covered by my insurance and I was sent a bill in the mail that I did not expect. I don’t know why they don’t disclose important information like this but after all, these clinics are try to pull money from people any way they can. Front office lady and scheduling have no idea what they’re doing , they mess up appointment times , and argue about it
All the Physicians and PA’s are wonderful!!! Especially Dr. Dejecacion, Dr Donipudi and Tina. The front desk staff expecially Nancy is amazing!!!
