The receptionists up front seem to resent patients. Very rude & condescending. USMD needs to hire professional & friendly people because this is the first impression you get upon entering the facility. Very disappointing.
The 2 B’a that sit up front are so rude!! They are the reason this place is getting a 1 star. The X-ray tech and the ladies in the back are so nice but when you walk in and your are meet with rude people it makes the place look bad.
