I went in for a COVID-19 antibody test. Prior to my visit, I spoke with them to ensure they submit the claim using the COVID-19 antibody test codes provided by BCBS, and they did confirm they are going to. A few weeks later, I found out that they submitted the claim using a different code than I gave them, which BCBS did not cover.
