I’ve been with my doctor for over 15 years and she has been great, we have discussions about my health and gives you options and what benefits that come with the options. Very informative.
I waited almost 60 minutes utes to be seen by Dr. Barton today...unacceptable!
Doctors are competent in her field, but the quality of care is overshadowed by the rushed nature of appointments. It feels like a puppy mill with little time for patient concerns. If you don't ask all your questions during the rushed visit, good luck getting timely responses via their portal. Moreover, their prescription process is inefficient. Instead of keeping necessary medications on auto-refill, they insist on manual requests. Half the time, they don't even fulfill these requests, leaving me to chase up with the pharmac... read more
I would give them zero stars. I ask to have an rx refilled (for diabetic neuropathy), They denied the refill saying I needed an appointment. Well, if anyone would have taken the time to look, I have an appointment on 1-30-25 at 8:30am. It was the first appointment available after the turn of the year. Who does your hiring???????
The staff that answers the phone is very rude, called me back just to hang up in my face..
