They give several numbers fast, no one answers human resources, no one answers the phone number for Records it is a busy signal, been trying over 1 and 1/2 hours , and there is another for Customer care line and you need not only an extension but a pin number. I am calling my own insurance company. This is Corporate office not only can you not reach anyone, the phone numbers they give are busy , therefore not helping anyone trying to reach corporate !! If I could give this crook company zero stars I would. Their billing statements are all over the place. The doctor’s office does not put in your insurance information properly and send you a humongous bills. When you try to reach out to their billing department no one answers the phone and somehow if you reach the operator who takes down your information for a call back, you never hear back from them. I have tried to Call them a thousand times, emailed them regarding discrepancies in my billing, I have even called the custom... read more

Dr. So worst experience ever. Wrong diagnosis - She prescribed medicine even blood work came back normal. Tried calling , writing on their nextMD portal, no response from their staff or doctor. Insurance company also tried calling, Dr. So's staff would not respond ... Shame! Beware of visiting her
