I give it one star because I can’t give it zero stars. The doctor‘s office is unapproachable. They tell you if you need something to put it in the portal, but they don’t check the portal. I was in pain, put a message on the portal as directed. Nobody paid attention to it for well over 24 hours when I then had to call. They took all of my information and said someone would CALL me. Ever since WellMed has taken over this facility it’s been a complete disaster. The amount of paperwork they make you fill out every visit is ridiculous. This is the second appointment that I waited over an hour to see my doctor, even though this is a scheduled appointment. I just left this facility and even though I truly love my doctor I will not be going back.
Doctor Anna Lavedan by far the worst in communication I showed up to my appointment and they said they called me but never left a voicemail. These WellMed places are the worst never again coming to this place they stated that my doctor hasn’t been in all week they could have notified me a lot sooner going elsewhere for medical attention peace
My physician and physician assistant are wonderful! But it is difficult to get an appointment in a timely fashion, the office waits are typically long, and getting anyone to answer the phone can easily take 10+ minutes of waiting. It took me two weeks to get a referral to a specialist for a suspected fracture. Horrible. Concerns about service and scheduling are not addressed with anything other than excuses. Don't go here. Find a more responsive practice.
It’s so disappointing that we had been coming to this office for 8 years. I moved way far & still made the drive for appointments. Well today we had an appointment right at 8. Well with traffic and rain we made it 18 minutes late. I called right at 8 (because that’s when their phone lines open) to let them know we were running a few minutes past their 15 minute “grace period” & to please not cancel my appointment because it literally took us 1.5 hours to make it.
