Doctor Anna Lavedan by far the worst in communication I showed up to my appointment and they said they called me but never left a voicemail. These WellMed places are the worst never again coming to this place they stated that my doctor hasn’t been in all week they could have notified me a lot sooner going elsewhere for medical attention peace
My physician and physician assistant are wonderful! But it is difficult to get an appointment in a timely fashion, the office waits are typically long, and getting anyone to answer the phone can easily take 10+ minutes of waiting. It took me two weeks to get a referral to a specialist for a suspected fracture. Horrible. Concerns about service and scheduling are not addressed with anything other than excuses. Don't go here. Find a more responsive practice.
It’s so disappointing that we had been coming to this office for 8 years. I moved way far & still made the drive for appointments. Well today we had an appointment right at 8. Well with traffic and rain we made it 18 minutes late. I called right at 8 (because that’s when their phone lines open) to let them know we were running a few minutes past their 15 minute “grace period” & to please not cancel my appointment because it literally took us 1.5 hours to make it. I have zero issues with my physician or the nurses, but after being a patient here for over 4 years I'm nearly at my breaking point. Any good done by the providers is completely undermined by some of the worst practice management I have ever seen. They drive all traffic for appointments and prescription refills to a website that hardly works. I am going to change doctors! I had appointment April 2nd, had to call in on 17th to get results, promised me they were mailing out then. It’s April 28th, they won’t PICK UP PHONE. On hold, 13:25, 8:03. Not gonna do this, nope. On hunt now for new doctor.
