****AVOID AVOID AVOID**** If I could give negative stars I would. This office hangs up on me every time I call, nobody cares to make notes for specialists, the app doesn't work, and I have to call them for everything, just to be disrespected on the phone time and time again. My doctor sold their practice and hate this office with every fiber of my being. They spent so long putting me on hold and hanging up I've had to call day after day to get anything done.
Matrix was really helpful at assisting me this is by far the best treatment I have ever received at USMD/ WellMed. I have never received superior service in person here from front desk staff besides him and I truly hope he gets a promotion or a bonus. You guys are blessed to have him as an employee. Thank you Matrix for the simplifying my process and clear communication as well as being polite.
I have been going here for years and evey time I go for a WELL, yearly check up, I get sick. I have the flu now! Almost every time I go here I get sick. I've tried to remember to wash my hands before I leave. They don't have sinks in their rooms! Hand sanitizer is not a great way to stop spread of germs/bacteria. I REALLY miss the PA Julie who I saw almost always. She was great!!
Pathetic management. It takes 2 months at-least to get an appointment of a physician. You go on time taking break from work and then wait for 1.5 hrs to see the doctor. Scheduled a lab appointment to draw blood for testing and they made us wait for 45 mins and had to turn back away to attend to work . Totally insensitive and disrespectful to the patients who are waiting and can’t do basic duty .
