Tried to book an appt with a Dr. Freeman-it Makes no sense as to why you have a cap on how many self pay patients you will take. If you collect the money up front that should be more valuable than rigging up insurance. But I guess that’s the point-if you can’t charge excess stuff to my insurance then you can’t really make the money you are looking for. US healthcare is a joke. I received top quality care here, and excellent communication from the staff. They really cared about my issue and listened instead of brushing me off, and the efficiency of this office seems to be superiorly managed.
Can't ever get ahold of someone in the office about billing errors and they don't return messages left. Stay away.
1st time at this location was so awesome. The employees were friendly & made me feel welcomed. Had some great conversations . I love it here already. 1st expressions should always be best.
