Sadly, I must also add a one-star rating. Experienced the exact problems others have mentioned here. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone Insurance and billing issues. Have enjoyed my time under Dr Newton’s care. But if these service issues are not fixed, continuing with this practice will not be possible.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at USMD. Every time I try to reach out for assistance, I’m kept waiting for hours without ever being connected to someone who can help. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with healthcare needs. Patients deserve better service and timely support!
The office manager would not even bother helping with the bill situation that I had and I'm still being billed for $40 that I don't even owe also the customer service and the people are really rude.
