Cherry Collision was very responsive to all of my questions and I really only had direct contact with the two front desk people. Both of them were very pleasant and knowledgeable and whatever I had to ask them or do. My vehicles returned to me repaired well there was a slight delay delay, but that was due due to them receiving part. Overall, my car was there for 2 1/2 weeks. Brandon and company did a phenomenal job with my '24 Jetta. Responsive, professional and realistic with time-frames, etc. I have to mention that when they took my stuff out of my trunk because they had to do work on the bumper, they never put it back in. I noticed it a few days later. I just got done picking everything up. The reason I mention this is because they were honest about everything. It was no big deal and they were very accomidating and a company with integrity these days is hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend them!
