Brandon and company did a phenomenal job with my '24 Jetta. Responsive, professional and realistic with time-frames, etc. I have to mention that when they took my stuff out of my trunk because they had to do work on the bumper, they never put it back in. I noticed it a few days later. I just got done picking everything up. The reason I mention this is because they were honest about everything. It was no big deal and they were very accomidating and a company with integrity these days is hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I had such a great experience with my recent auto body repair! From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and stress-free. Brandon and his team made the process so easy helping me get into a rental quickly and keeping me in the loop the entire time. My car was ready in just three days, and it looks amazing. The communication from drop-off to pickup was outstanding. Professional, fast, and super friendly—highly recommend!
The man, Kevin there was rude and unprofessional! We will not go back there again. However, The manager, Mike, reached out and made things better. Great guy but will only deal with him from here on.
