The lab there... the new system is not patient friendly. If you have a question or situation that a kiosk can't answer, your screwed. Tell me how I was told by the kiosk I had to wait 30 to 60 minutes to get labs. Yet not one single person in waiting area. Of course I left.
Hasn’t been the same since UH took over, a little icy and industrious for healthcare. Some employees have stayed and many have retired. It doesn’t hold a match to what used to be University Suburban Health Center, not to be confused with what is now UH. But still better than UH Main Campus all the way around.
I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my recent PEP exam and related lab work, which has caused significant inconvenience and stress. Initially, it took two separate appointments just to complete my PEP exam. After waiting more than two weeks for my lab results, I contacted the UH south Euclid center to follow up, only to be informed that my test had been lost.
