She talks loud, doesn’t care about how I feel and does’t do jack. She was rude. Very rude. I think she has issues. I wouldn’t see her again. she charges big bucks to tell you things that you already know. Or have already been seen for. Rip off.
If there were a zero rating, this lady deserves it. Kept me waiting 3 hours, yelled at me 3 times, and called in an over the counter cream for pain. Do not waste your time. Go someplace else.
Dr. Kumar is very good listener to all your needs. She goes above to help her parents!
I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for 11 years. She has worked to provide a quality of life for me that I thought I would never have. She is kind and soft spoken and has addressed all of my issues. Other reviews that I see here mentioning yelling must be misplaced and for a different doctor. My review is for Dr. Usharani Kumar of Moline.
Not so good! She tells you something, and then says she didn't say it, and I can never get anything as simple as a work restriction from this lady even if really need it. She told the company I worked for she hadn't seen me in over a year when she saw me in July. Which is really screwing with my job. She never wants to give any help with any kind of notes. Maybe she works for the company idk... Time for a new Dr. Grrrrr... I just read a review where she deleted patient portal, and now I realized my portal is gone! 😡🤬
