We took our son to Atrium Health Neurology Ballantyne Pediatric due to a suspected case of epilepsy, and from the very beginning, we felt supported and understood. Dr. Usha Dayal was extremely attentive, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly explain the test results, answered all of our questions clearly, and treated both us and our son with genuine kindness. She gave us a great sense of calm during a time of uncertainty. We are truly grateful for her professionalism and warmth. We highly recommend her!
Dr. Dayal has been treating my son for seizures since 2022, and we couldn't be more grateful for her care. Dr Dayal listened to our complaints and made sure to do everything to find the cause of my son's migraines. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I could tell she was truly concerned and really empathized with my son. She took her time in explaining everything and went through step by step of what her plans were and treatment method.
