i had an appointment booked for the end of this week, they called me today to confirm my appointment around 12 and told me to call back whenever i could, i was at work so i couldn’t answer but i called back around 1:50 when i was free and they told me they already have given my appointment away. not even a day they didn’t even give me time to call back and had this appointment booked a whole month in advance. very disappointed with the customer service and i will be going somewhere else. i do NOT recommend booking here.
I’ve been coming to this salon for many years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best salons in the Baltimore area! I’ve been seeing Resu for almost 10 years, and she’s always taken such great care of me (brows, lashes, facial, name it!). A Beautifully Reimagined Spa Experience in Locust Point The newly reinvented Re Salon & Spa in Locust Point is absolutely stunning. The esthetics and interior décor are always beautiful, serene, and thoughtfully designed. The moment you walk in, it smells amazing, the atmosphere is quiet, and the entire space feels incredibly relaxing. Appointment are always on time and pleasant. The owner, Resu, is such a sweetheart. The salon is always clean and welcoming. Prices for very compatible with the average costs for waxing/ threading services. I would definitely recommend to others.
