Dr. Chandrahasa is not bad and seems to care for her patients. The rest of the office is worthless. They don’t return calls or answer the portal. Wish my pcp never referred me to her office.
Dr Chandrahasa is the most caring and knowledgeable Dr I have seen in my life. She takes her time in studying any history you have and makes clear plans to address any concerns
I'm allergic to steroids. I tell every new doctor that I'm allergic to steroids. She proceeded to give me (wait for it) STEROIDS. I didn't know that the medicine she had given me was a steroid, and my throat burned for days. It was worse than the allergies she was supposed to treat. They kept me waiting 2 hours to see her - which I get because they're busy, but come on! Some of us actually work for a living - not all of us are retired and can spend 2 hours waiting to be seen. Apparently all of millennium doest respect their customer's time, including Dr Chandrahasa's office. I leave 1hr after my scheduled appointment time as it shows a level of disrespect for customers that should not be rewarded with continued business. After leaving at 11:05am for an 10am appointment with Dr Chandrahasa' my record with Millennium is now waiting over 2.5 hrs to be seen for less than 15min.
Unfortunately this physician refused to see me based on the fact that I received a treatment for a complex autoimmune disease (IVIG) that has nothing to do with her area of medicine, however she reviewed my records and made an assumption that it was used to treat my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and then cited "FDA best practices" claiming I'd used said treatment for MCAS and she couldn't see me.
