I want to retract my previous comments and offer a more honest reflection. I’m a current student and I usually hate writing reviews but the housing department at USFCA is almost useless. There are multiple instances, but one of the biggest ones is when I was attempting to get housing, and it took them 4 days (within their working hours) to answer any type of email or phone call I conducted. Also, they reached out to me with a housing change that I was interested in, and I responded in a very rapid manner because they informed me that space was limited.
